Leonard A. Petruska, CPA, MST – President

Len joined the firm in 2003 and became managing partner in 2009.  He adds experience in both private industry and public accounting. Prior to joining the firm, Len was an Audit Supervisor at Syner, Cavallaro & Co., a local CPA firm in Cranston, Rhode Island. In 5 years with his prior firm, Len was responsible for all aspects of the client’s engagement – accounting, tax, and consulting. Len has extensive experience in real estate, manufacturing, non-profit organizations, HUD audits and professional service organizations. Prior to his public accounting career, Len was Assistant Controller for an e-commerce company in Massachusetts and Accounting Manager for a computer software company in Rhode Island. Len is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as well as the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA). He currently serves on the finance committee at East Greenwich Yacht Club. Len’s qualifications include a Masters degree in Taxation (MST) from Bryant University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.

John Ledoux, CPA – Principal

John is the founder of the firm. Prior to founding the firm, John was an audit manager for Laventhol & Horwath, formerly one of the top ten international public accounting firms. During his tenure, John was an audit manager in the firm’s Governmental accounting and Real Estate practices as well as servicing client’s accounting and tax needs in other industries. During this employment John also gained experience in SEC reporting. John has extensive experience in real estate leasing, development, construction accounting, non-profit organizations, governmental accounting, HUD audits and cost certifications. John has been a member of the RISCPA for thirty years and has been on various RISCPA committees including the accounting and auditing committee, whose function was to assist other firms deal with challenging accounting issues. John’s qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bryant University (Summa Cum Laude).
